Mike Duncan, Partner

Elizabeth Heydary, Partner

Mike Duncan is licensed as an attorney in NC and SC. He graduated from the University of SC School of Law in 1994, and he has practiced in Columbia, SC primarily in the areas of criminal defense and business litigation. He graduated from Erskine College cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1987. He has been a licensed attorney in NC since 2015.

Elizabeth Heydary, Partner

Elizabeth Heydary is licensed as an attorney in NC. She graduated from Elon University School of Law in 2013, and she brings experience in the Triad area in personal injury, family law and business litigation to this new partnership with her father. She attended Duke University and graduated with a B.A. in Sociology in 2010.
